Description
large file warning! and this is not really a tutorial but I have no idea how else to categorize it.
I am trying to get better with shading and want to work on/ learn lighting from different angles so I snapped some pictures of a sculpture of mine. I just want to say that the sculpture is clearly not anatomically perfect, so this is not about directly copying the lighting exactly as it appears in the photos. It is more-so to understand how light falls and bounces off a three dimensional shape and to give drawing ideas about using different light sources.
I don't know if anyone else will find it helpful but I thought I'd post it just in case someone may be able to use it. You don't have to link or anything but it would be nice if you found it helpful to link so other peoples can use it. Please do show me work done using it though so I can favorite! If it is helpful I'd be happy to do different animal species in the future
